Bounceoff and Duck can't answer this...

Who knows what marker operates at 100psi, is a spool valve, and also gets about 1700 shots of a 68/4500psi tank?

will update this post with full review of the Droid after this weekend

Droid.....

ding..ding...we have a winner!

Yup, should be receiving it Thursday and depending how I like it I will either keep it and sell another marker or just sell the Droid off after playing around with it. Will update this thread with a review once I test it out.

it should be here today so maybe I can post some pics tonight. I haven't even seen pics of it yet :) I bought it off the owner of Miami Rage, it was the captains marker for Cup. Its olive with some brown parts. Getting antsy...

Oh ya, I'm half Australian so I figure maybe I should shoot an Aussie gat :)

How you like it??

well I received it last night. First thing I noticed was that it was quite light and very comfortable to hold due to the inline reg being spaced forward of the trigger guard. So I aired it up, no leaks, and shot a pod through it and it was buttery smooth. I like the trigger also, easy to walk. So being the inquisitive person that I am I took the marker apart to check it out (it was supposed to be cleaned and teched by a Macdev technician beforing being shipped to me) and it was very dirty. (so the guy I bought the marker from is going to tear into the tech that said he serviced the marker) To the marker's credit it worked very well for being so dirty and also it only took me like 5 minutes to tear it apart and clean everything and put it back together, great design. After shooting the pod and doing a bunch of dry firing I looked at the tank and had only lost 150psi, so it does seem to be as efficient as they say. When I get back from the scenario game I'll post up how it performed.

I got to see it today and dry fire it before he took off to AZ. It did feel really nice and was very smooth while dry firing it. I can't wait to try it out with paint.

well it shot like a champ the whole time, it was the only marker I used! Never had any issues with it at all. It was shooting like butter the whole time. I shot 4 - 160rnd pods + 5 - 140rnd pods + 300rnd hopper for a total of 1640 paintballs on a 4000psi fill and still had 900psi left. (carrying that much paint was pretty crazy but it meant I didn't have to come in and refill often) So by my calculations I would have been able to shoot over a case of paint on a 4000psi fill on my 88ci tank. It was nice that the marker is light which made it easier to carrying around all day, dm4 is quite a bit heavier. I shot 3 cases of paint and had no chops, had 2 barrel breaks. Anyways, I absolutely love the marker and would recommend it to anyone who has the cash to spend on it. I'll play with it one more time then will have to sell it cause I don't wont to have to sell both my dm4 and etek to pay for it. It will be missed ;(
