Got my barrel(14"battlestixx) monday (after the oak flats game of course) I fired a few hoppers off in the backyard and was quite impressed with the distance(not quite as far as the flatline) but the grouping was very tight. about 8" circle at about 60 ft with just a few strays but i think can be attributed to the paint. Anyone who has heard my A5 fire a way will be surprised the next time I play, much quiter than the flatline!! I recommened these barrels to anyone looking for a little more accuracy. Looking forward to using it in battle.

good deal. i've heard the the reverse porting projects the sound back to the shooter. I haven't seen one in person, but i've see the vids. I guess i'm getting that 12 inch set. Try my Hammerhead Sharktooth sometime. it has to be the loudest a5 barrel i've ever heard.

amazingly enough the range is out there. Short to mid is the sweet spot and long range is still pretty damn good considering. I'll have the marker\barrel with me next time i'm out.

Sounds good. I've been looking at Hammerheads for a long time now. Glad we finally have some first hand experience, instead of the endless debate of why or why not the spiraled rifling principle should work or not from people w/o any direct experience.
Think I might be ordering myself a set in the near future. You can always use more accuracy.

I have a Hammerhead too. The girls really like it!!! j/k I bought one this week too "BattleStixx" 14". tight groupings at about 75ft. (4-6 inches) Shooting GAP and Marballizer paint no breaks using the .686 fin.. Also bought an Opgear Shroud, bipod, and red dot scope (BSA). So My X7 has taken on a different look. I have a sharktooth 5" barrel coming as well... Very happy with the customer service at Hammerhead... very informative fokes... The guy I spoke with said that they do all the testing using Marballizer paint. Hope that helps...
