Bounceoff and I are selling our scuba tank to get a bigger one since we end up having so many people use ours. This scuba tank is in great condition, in hydro, and recently got its visual inspection done by New Mexico Scuba Center. If you are not running HPA then you are missing out on consistency and a lack of your own personal all day air that will supply more than just yourself. The price is $120, let me know if you are interested or if you have any questions about running HPA. Oh, and fills are only $3 at New Mexico Scuba Center when you get the 10 pack.

Why do you want to use PayPal and not cash? If you use paypal it will be $123 to cover the fees. We don't have an extra fill station so you would have to get one. You can find them on ebay for pretty cheap.
