Hmm, I'm kinda dissappointed wiht my Tippmann. I've found that my gun seems to have really low velocity (my balls shoot only about 30 or 40 feet before arcing), even with a full CO2 tank and numerous velocity screw adjustments. I can't hear nor feel any leaks.

With a flatline on my tippmann, my gun was shooting noticabley less farther than my friends BE avenger. It was shooting crooked too, but only cuz i didn't set aside a few minutes to sight it in.

This has kinda been my motivation for purchasing a new gun. What do y'all think?

You don't need a new gun. Your problem is an easy fix. I was having the same problems about a month ago and I replaced the drive spring and bada bing...my velocity went from 150 fps to 290 fps (chrono'd) it's shooting like a champ now. You need a new drive spring.

Here is Tippmann's phone number...1-800-533-4831. Call and ask the operator to transfer you to the pro shop and order a couple of those suckers. You will need another one, or two, in the future. If you sweet talk the gal who's taking your order you might be able to get them for free.

PS: You probably already know this but I'm going to say it again...Do not store your marker(s) with the bolt in the cocked position. That is the quickest way for the spring to lose it's elastisity.
