i just ordered mine last night, so expect a review very soon. it looks like a promising loader with some nice fetures like, quik strip pins, softer shell (like an old rev), and internals that look very much like a vlocity. i plan on using it for the beavertown skirmish on the 15th and then a review once i get home, so stay tuned. same bat time, same bat channel.

edit: sorry for the teaser...

ok, so it came in today. it is deffinitley a evo (egg). the shell is indeed like the oldschool soft revy shell. the inside bottom of the loader is a softer blue plastic that is supossed to cusion the paintballs to reduce breaks. it is also removeable for cleaning. the pins came out and went back in real nice and easy... until i put batteries in it. it took a little bit of umpf to put the pins back in. still, it is easier than a bunch of screws. the lid springs feel a little stiff, but i would guess they soften up over time. overall, my first impressions are good, but ill see how it works this sunday. sunday ill post what i thought of it in game

ok. heres the final part of my review, as promised. i used ithe egg 4 today and i will say that it fed plenty fast enough, so no problems speed wise. it does the same wierd jam, unjam, jam, unjam thing like a vlocity does when you turn it on. not a big deal, but if youre not used to it you might think something is wrong. the only real downside i saw today was the on/off button. when your go to turn off the loader, there isnt a red light or anything (like a halo does). it can get confusing to tell if you actually turned it off or not. but, overall im happy with my purchase and would recomend this loader to anyone looking for a nice fast loader at a decent price. its no prophecy or rotor, but it wouldnt have any problems keeping up with either of those superloaders. so, overall a good product and a thumbs up from me

yeah, thanks. the oldschool look it has went nice with the cocker too, i thought. anyway, ill be using it on the pump for the next few weeks. now its time to fix my vlocity and ill probably sell my halo

wow... already? how many days of play did you get out of it?

+1 for the pinokio... I have only changed the batteries in it once since I bought the thing. It is getting about time to change them again, but it certainly can go for at least a few more cases of paint.

maybe 3 weeks to a month of play. its not very battery efficient to say the least. although, i could just have bad luck and got shitty batteries, but its not very likely.
anyway, still a good loader and 100 times better than previous egg loaders

ok. one final update. the loader did not keep up with the 15bps out of my cocker. so, i would not recommend this loader if speed is your main concern. on a mechanicall semi auto or even a slower rof cap, it works great
