Driving down into Beavertown

So if one had a new truck what is the way down into the staging area of Beavertown? I have seen it done and was wondering how to get in there.

We used to go in through the field on the other side of the dialysis(or whatever it is) building. Not sure if you can go in that same spot ne more but im pretty sure there are other ways farther down the creek.
