Good afternoon all, i hope the new year finds you well.
Well its that time again. We in the OK. DDay 82nd Airborne are ramping up our recruiting efforts for OK. DDay 2010. Its just over 5 months away and there has been a large restructuring of the game, and the field itself. Details to follow.
In the mean time i invite any and all of you to join the allied cause and be a part of what will sure to be a massive and memorable game!
Even if you dont join the 82nd, the allies need you in any form you can offer. Hel, you can even join hte Germans so we can shoot you! hehe
Please contact myself or any of the following members for more info on how this game works. Also see "DDayadventurepark.com" for more info, and to actually sign up for the game itself.

505th Parachute Infantry Regiment
"Ready Regiment"
82nd Airborne Division
The 2010 D Day preparations are under way. It is time to put those lessons learned and After Action Plans into place, put on our recruiting hats and start filling and organizing our units. We had a good year in 2009 but we will have an even better year in 2010.
This year we have the advantage of having our command structure in place as we start planning and organizing for the 2010 battle, something we did not have in 2010. As it stands today (always subject to change of course) our command team is as follows:
Colonel Bob "Predator" Robinson
Regimental Commander
Lieutenant Colonel William "Ghost" Robinson
Regimental Executive Officer
Command Sergeant Major Neil "2Cycle" Kehrli
Regimental Command Sergeant Major
Captain Brett "Razor" Hughes
Able Company Commander
First Lieutenant Trace "Trigger" Hughes
Able Company Executive Officer
Captain Stephen "Magneto" West
Baker Company Commander
First Lieutenant John "Ford" Ford
Baker Company Executive Officer
All are returning D Day veterans and we are blessed to have them return this year in their command roles. Welcome back Gentlemen, we have work to be done.
We are extending and open invitation to all those who joined the ranks of the "Ready Regiment" in 2009 to again join us this year. We welcome each and everyone of you to come fight with us in 2010.
If you are looking for leadership responsibilities we can fill that need. We have open slots for Platoon Leaders down the chain to fire team leaders.
We are expanding our Anti-Tank and Heavy weapons teams for 2010. We will never have our own armor so we will do the next best think...have the best A/T and Heavy weapons teams on the field. Those of you that fought the battle for Colleville know the importance of good A/T support. If you are or want to be an tank killer let us know, we can help you out.
It is time to refine our recruiting plans and put them into practice. Retention of our veterans needs to be a top priority! Lets bring them back, they are our core group to build on.
2010 will be the year of Allied Revenge and the 82nd Airborne spearheaded by the 505th PIR "Ready Regiment" will once again be the most feared Allied Division on the battle field.
If you have ever thought of attending D Day but just have not gotten it done, this is the year to make it happen. If you are a veteran of the D Day experience this year is even sweeter than it has ever been.
There are many improvements to the field itself, major objectives have been relocated for a better and more realistic game flow, the points schedule has been improved, new and improved missions for the Airborne, many improvements and additions to the obstacles on the field, the list goes on and on.
If you can only make one game this year make it Oklahoma D Day. We would love to have you in the 82nd Airborne but the important thing is that you come, play and have the paintball experience of your life. It is a week long extravaganza if you are able to take the time. If not the big game is on Saturday 13 June. You need to be on the field no later than Friday afternoon for the safety orientation.

last chance to select your unit. the deadline has been extended by a week or so. that means this week is the last to sign up for 82nd airborne, or any division for that matter. by may 1st you will not be able to pick sides. right now is the time to register. hope to see some fellow nm players there
